An efficiency-first summer tire aimed squarely at range rather than at cornering. Good fit for a family EV driven mostly on longer runs, where a few percent of rolling resistance is worth more than the last of the grip.

There is no rolling resistance grade on a US tire. What is molded into the sidewall is UTQG: a treadwear number, a traction grade of AA, A, B or C, and a temperature grade of A, B or C.
What it is for
Rolling resistance is the single tire property that moves an electric car's range, and it trades against wet grip and against tread life. This is the end of the range where that trade is made in favour of efficiency, which suits a car doing highway miles and suits a driver watching the percentage rather than the lap time.
