Delivery

Every tire we sell is delivered to your door, or to the tire shop of your choice, with tracking from dispatch to delivery.

What it costs

Delivery is free on every order, whether you buy one tire or a full set.

How long it takes

Orders placed on a business day are dispatched the same day and arrive in 1 to 4 business days, depending on where you are. Orders placed at a weekend or on a federal holiday are dispatched the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, contact us before ordering and we will confirm timing.

Delivery to a tire shop

You can send your tires straight to the tire shop who will fit them. Give their business name and address as the delivery address at checkout, and let them know they are coming. Fitting is arranged and paid for directly with them.

Tracking

You get an email when your order is dispatched, with a tracking link from the courier.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Check the tires when they arrive and before they are fitted. If anything is damaged, or is not the size, load index or speed rating you ordered, do not fit it. Tell us as soon as you can and we will collect it and send the right one at no cost to you.

When the order becomes yours

The tires are our responsibility until they are delivered to you, or to the tire shop you named at checkout. From that moment they are yours.

Recall registration

Federal rules require every new tire sold to be registered with its manufacturer, so you can be contacted if it is ever recalled. We register your tires with the manufacturer for you after delivery.
