There is no rolling resistance grade on a US tire. What is molded into the sidewall is UTQG: a treadwear number, a traction grade of AA, A, B or C, and a temperature grade of A, B or C.
What it is for
The A is the whole story here. Rolling resistance is the one tire property that converts directly into miles on the display, and the top grade on a wide 19 inch fitment for a heavy car is not something many tires manage. The B alongside it is the price: wet braking is a rung below the best in class, and on a heavy car that is a real trade rather than a rounding error. It is chosen as original equipment by manufacturers who set the balance the same way.
