There is no rolling resistance grade on a US tire. What is molded into the sidewall is UTQG: a treadwear number, a traction grade of AA, A, B or C, and a temperature grade of A, B or C.
What it is for
This is the part of the market most buyers end up in and almost nobody writes about. It is a major manufacturer's own engineering, built in its own plants, positioned below the names that win the magazine tests. The compromise is real and it is at the edges: a little less outright wet grip than the top of the market, a little more rolling resistance than a dedicated efficiency tire.
