There is no rolling resistance grade on a US tire. What is molded into the sidewall is UTQG: a treadwear number, a traction grade of AA, A, B or C, and a temperature grade of A, B or C.
What it is for
Not an EV specific range, and it is on this site because a great many electric cars carry a Y speed rating on the placard and the efficiency focused ranges frequently stop at W. A tire that meets the specification matters more than a tire with the right word on the box, and some sizes are offered with the ContiSilent foam liner.
