There is no rolling resistance grade on a US tire. What is molded into the sidewall is UTQG: a treadwear number, a traction grade of AA, A, B or C, and a temperature grade of A, B or C.
What it is for
Enliten is a programme rather than a product: lighter casings, less raw material and lower rolling resistance applied across several ranges. It is the reason a tire with no EV badge on it can be a sensible choice on an electric car, and it covers a wide span of sizes including the smaller ones the EV specific ranges often skip.
