Your own placard is the authority. You will find it on the on the driver's door jamb, on the B-pillar. Where it disagrees with this page, it wins. Match or exceed the size, load index, speed rating and construction class it gives, and use its pressure figure rather than anything printed on the tire.
What changes on this car
The Sierra EV is built on the same Ultium truck base as the Silverado EV and takes from the same four sizes, but each trim gets a different one. The 24 inch belongs to Denali, the big LT285/75R18 to AT4, and Elevation runs on 18 or 22 inch.
All four are light-truck tires, every one load range E. On the AT4, index 129 means 1,850kg on each corner. The 22 inch has the lowest rating at 119 and still manages 1,360kg.
On the 2024 Denali Edition 1, the 24 inch label reads 61 psi front and 68 psi rear. Pressures this high are normal for LT tires and should not be lowered to car levels.
No tires listed against this fitment yet. Product specifications are published from each manufacturer's own data and that work is not finished for 275/50 R24. Match or exceed every figure in the table above and you cannot go far wrong.

Every figure here comes from one tire maker's own fitment data, checked across different years or trims. That is a second look rather than a second opinion, so check the label on your door jamb before you buy.

Common questions
- What size tires does the GMC Sierra EV take?
- It runs 265/70 R18 and 275/50 R22 and 275/50 R24 and 285/75 R18. The exact fitment for your car is on On the driver's door jamb, on the B-pillar.
- Can I fit a cheaper tire to a GMC Sierra EV?
- Only at 275/50 R24 121S LT or better. That is the figure to hold: a tire below the load index, the speed rating or the construction class is not a cheaper one, it is the wrong one.
- Do I need the LT275/50R24 load range E marking?
- Not legally. The LT275/50R24 load range E version can carry a different compound or an acoustic foam liner that the same tread pattern in the shops does not, so if the car is quiet now and you fit the unmarked version, expect to notice.
