Cadillac Escalade IQ tires

The Cadillac Escalade IQ leaves the factory on 275/50 R24 and 275/60 R22 depending on wheel size, and the 275/50 R24 121S LT below is the one most owners are replacing. The Chevrolet Silverado EV takes the same size.
Every fitment
| Generation | Trim | Wheel | Tire size | Load index | Speed | Construction | Marking | Pressure |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Current | All trims (24in) | 24in | 275/50 R24 | 121 | S | LT | LT275/50R24 load range E | see plate |
| Current | Sport and Luxury (22in, 2026-) | 22in | 275/60 R22 | 125 | S | LT | LT275/60R22 load range E | see plate |
Your own placard is the authority. You will find it on the on the driver's door jamb, on the B-pillar. Where it disagrees with this page, it wins. Match or exceed the size, load index, speed rating and construction class it gives, and use its pressure figure rather than anything printed on the tire.
What changes on this car
A luxury SUV on light-truck tires: both fitments are LT construction, load range E, the class normally found on work pickups. Replacements need the LT prefix and load range E.
The 2026 22 inch option carries a higher index than the 24 inch, 125 against 121, which is 1,650kg against 1,450kg per tire. The extra sidewall is what makes the difference.
The 24 inch placard asks for 61 psi front and 71 psi rear, a wider gap between the axles than most passenger cars ever have.
The Escalade IQ is built on GM's Ultium truck platform, and its 24 inch size is the one the Silverado EV RST and the Sierra EV Denali use. The long-wheelbase Escalade IQL is listed on the same two fitments.
No tires listed against this fitment yet. Product specifications are published from each manufacturer's own data and that work is not finished for 275/50 R24. Match or exceed every figure in the table above and you cannot go far wrong.

Every figure here comes from one tire maker's own fitment data, checked across different years or trims. That is a second look rather than a second opinion, so check the label on your door jamb before you buy.

Common questions
- What size tires does the Cadillac Escalade IQ take?
- It runs 275/50 R24 and 275/60 R22. The exact fitment for your car is on On the driver's door jamb, on the B-pillar.
- Can I fit a cheaper tire to a Cadillac Escalade IQ?
- Only at 275/50 R24 121S LT or better. That is the figure to hold: a tire below the load index, the speed rating or the construction class is not a cheaper one, it is the wrong one.
- Do I need the LT275/50R24 load range E marking?
- Not legally. The LT275/50R24 load range E version can carry a different compound or an acoustic foam liner that the same tread pattern in the shops does not, so if the car is quiet now and you fit the unmarked version, expect to notice.
