Ford F-150 Lightning tires
The Ford F-150 Lightning leaves the factory on 275/50 R22 and 275/60 R20 and 275/65 R18 depending on wheel size, and the 275/65 R18 116T below is the one most owners are replacing. A standard load 116 rating is modest for an electric car and says something about where this one's curb weight sits.

What changes on this car
There are two different door labels for the 20 inch truck. One calls for 275/60 R20 116T XL at 42 psi, the other for a standard-load 115T at 36 psi. Owners link the standard-load label to the optional all-terrain tires, but the label on your own door jamb is what decides it, and a 115 is not enough for a truck labelled 116 XL.
The Platinum changed speed rating partway through. 2022 and 2023 trucks are listed at 275/50 R22 115T XL, and from 2024 the same size is listed at 115H XL. A later Platinum needs H or above. An earlier one can take either.
Both the 18 inch base size and the XL 20 inch reach index 116, which is 1,250kg per tire. That is the working load of a full-size pickup with a large battery under the bed floor, rated to tow up to 10,000lb when properly equipped.
All four corners are the same size on every trim, so the Lightning can be rotated in any pattern. Just never mix the XL and standard-load versions of the 20 inch on one truck.
