Delivery

Every tyre we sell is delivered to your door, or to the tyre fitter of your choice, with tracking from dispatch to delivery.

What it costs

Delivery is free on every order, whether you buy one tyre or a full set, and it is next-day.

How long it takes

Next working day. Order on a working day and your order is dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Where we deliver

Anywhere on the UK mainland. For Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, contact us before ordering and we will confirm timing.

Delivery to a tyre fitter

You can send your tyres straight to the tyre fitter who will fit them. Give their business name and address as the delivery address at checkout, and let them know they are coming. Fitting is arranged and paid for directly with them.

Tracking

You get an email when your order is dispatched, with a tracking link from the courier.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Check the tyres when they arrive and before they are fitted. If anything is damaged, or is not the size, load index or speed rating you ordered, do not fit it. Tell us as soon as you can and we will collect it and send the right one at no cost to you.

When the order becomes yours

The tyres are our responsibility until they are delivered to you, or to the tyre fitter you named at checkout. From that moment they are yours.
