The Polestar 4 leaves the factory on 255/45 R21 and 255/50 R20 and 265/40 R22 depending on wheel size, and the 255/50 R20 109W XL below is the one most owners are replacing. XL is not optional here; it is what the car was type approved on. The Audi Q6 e-tron takes the same size.

What changes on this car
Unlike the staggered Polestar 3, the Polestar 4 runs one size on all four corners on each wheel option.
All three fitments are XL and W-rated. The smallest wheel carries the most: 255/50 R20 109W is rated at 1,030 kg, against 950 kg for both the 21 and 22 inch.
The 22 inch 265/40 R22 has about 106 mm of sidewall, some 9 mm less than the 21 inch 255/45 R21, and is the only fitment with a 265 section.
