There is no rolling resistance grade on a US tire. What is molded into the sidewall is UTQG: a treadwear number, a traction grade of AA, A, B or C, and a temperature grade of A, B or C.
What it is for
Kumho lists these sizes separately from the ordinary PS71, under the PS71 EV name, and the tread is visibly different. The label grades for each size are read from the EU register, where Kumho files them under the shared PS71 name.
